Join Lacey Budge for a 4 week meditation for moms series starting Wednesday January 4th, 2017, in Espanola.
You are important! Start off the New Year feeling grounded and clear. Schedule in one night a week (at least!) where you connect and share with like minded moms, sip on delicious tea and learn meditation tools to bring more stillness, awareness, peace and meaning to your life.
Each 75 minute gathering includes inspiring teachings, Q&A, group sharing, a guided meditation with breathwork and concentration practices…and of course, tea!
The weekly gatherings will take place on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 – 8:15 pm. This meditation series is for anyone whether you are brand new to meditation or have a daily practice. Meditation is beneficial to all, not just moms or women, but this will be a great time to connect and make time for self care, whether your child is a newborn, 10 years old or 25!
Overview of Teachings
Week 1: January 4th – Silence vs Stillness. Finding inner peace amidst the noise and busy-ness.
Week 2: January 11th – Witnessing & Responding (vs reacting to emotions!)
Week 3: January 18th – Living in the Now & Meeting Your Child (and all Beings) in the Present Moment.
Week 4: January 25th – Who are you? Reconnecting with your True Self (beyond your role as a mother, caretaker, wife, career woman…)
