Awaken your Inner Radiance with a 3 day weekend women’s retreat
guided by Lacey Budge

Friday July 28th – Sunday July 30th 2023

Harmony Outdoor Inn
A unique waterfront B&B and glamping tent resort, located in a secluded woodland setting in Parry Sound, Ontario, close to the shores of Georgian Bay.

Welcoming you to join us in gorgeous northern Ontario for my first retreat in Canada in 4 years! I am so looking forward to being back in the lands of refreshing lakes, magical wooded forests and waterside bonfires… AND to be sharing this very special full moon weekend with you!

The Radiant & Nourished Woman Retreat was created with the intention to bring together women who are yearning to immerse themselves deeply in nature, authentic sisterhood connection, inner transformation and remembrance of women’s wisdom.

About Harmony Outdoor Inn

Harmony Outdoor Inn is a three room boutique B&B and six secluded canvas wall-tent waterfront resort conveniently located just on the outskirts of the town of Parry Sound. This beautiful natural sanctuary is a 16-wooded-acred property with a relaxing waterfront deck and swimming beach.

Harmony Outdoor Inn offers the opportunity to take a stroll down the wooded trail or enjoy the Kayaks, Stand-up Paddleboards and Canoes that are included for guest use. If relaxation is your goal, sit on the dock in one of the many Muskoka Chairs, swing in a hammock or take a swim in the clean and refreshing Seguin River.

As a proud member of 1% for the planet, Harmony Outdoor Inn donates 1% of their gross revenue to environmental charities such as the UNESCO Georgian Bay Biosphere. Staying here helps our planet.

About the Retreat

Throughout the weekend, we will share in the perfect balance of enlivening and inspiring movement classes and women’s circles to reawaken our inner radiance, along with deeply nourishing moments and practices to offer you the much needed rest and rejuvenation you deserve!

We will welcome each morning in sacred silence with personal time for self reflection and self care. Enjoy a gentle walk through the forest, read a book in the hammock, sip your morning coffee on the dock, listen to the birdsong, take a morning canoe adventure or simply sleep in. A light self serve breakfast will be available to you upon rising in the pavilion.

We will then reunite at the waterfront yoga deck to share in a practice of yoga, intuitive movement and meditation, followed by a satisfying brunch. Afternoons will allow more spaciousness to connect with self, sisterhood and the beautiful natural surroundings. You may even choose to book yourself in for an incredible 90 minute massage with Jack.

During our time together, we will gather for 4 women’s wisdom circles including a special gathering where we will connect with heart opening cacao medicine from Costa Rica. The exact themes and rituals of our circles will continue to reveal themselves as our unique group of women weaves itself together. Some of our gatherings will take place in nature and others in the Great Room of the B&B. Nourishing dinners will be served under the fairy light-forested picnic area or can be enjoyed in the screened pavillion.

Like women have done for thousands of years, under the illumination of the growing full moon, we will sing-dance-pray-share around the waterfront campfire. With the full moon as our muse, we too will reconnect with our abundant inner radiance. This full ‘sturgeon fish’ moon in the air sign of Aquarius will inspire and illuminate our time together. The fish is an ancient symbol of the feminine creative power of the womb, and the massive sturgeon fish – which became easier to catch in the Great Lakes at this time- was deeply connected to the survival of the Algonquin people.

Aquarius is symbolized by the water bearer and the sacred vessel which is also deeply connected to the wisdom of our womb waters. This retreat also falls on the High Holy Day of Lammas on the wheel of the year, the solar celebration of the abundance of the first harvest.

Radiant:
Sending out bright light, shining, glowing brightly, illuminated, luminous

My prayer is that each woman who says yes to the retreat answers the call because she feels a deep connection to this full moon gathering in her heart. What an honour it will be to immerse ourselves in the elements – earth air, water, fire, ether – and nature spirits of this land. In return, may the flowing waters, wise trees, birds and butterflies, the original people of this land and its current stewards benefit in some way from our coming together in an intentional way. May our ancestors rejoice as we create beauty, heal, laugh and play in sacred sisterhood.

You will leave this retreat feeling nourished, alive, inspired, reconnected to nature, recharged, lighter, brighter and with new friendships.

My past annual women’s retreats in Canada at Shanti Retreat (Wolfe Island) or the Anishnabek Spiritual Center (Espanola) always welcomed 20-30 women, so I am really looking forward to sharing a retreat in Canada with you in a more intimate sisterhood circle. The Radiant & Nourished Woman Retreat is open to 13-15 women, depending on how the rooming unfolds.
