7:15 pm Workshop: Why detox? and what to expect…
8:15 pm Meditation & Guided Relaxation (yoga nidra)

Saturday January 3, 2015
7:00 am Elixir Drink (at home upon rising, optional)
8:00 am Arrival and Green Smoothie
8:30 am Meditation
9:00 am- Yoga for Detoxification (~90 minutes)
11:30 am Delicious Superfood Brunch

12:30 – 3:30 Free time to spend time in nature, book a massage, read a book, take a nap or a bath, snowshoe, etc.
3:30   Fresh Fruit and Veggie Juice


4 pm Nutrition Workshop: Tips for daily detox, proper digestion, importance of hydration, food combining, how to include more superfoods, etc.


5pm   Energy Practice (60 minutes)


6:30 pm Delicious Detox Dinner – a combination of cooked and raw plant based foods followed by digestive ginger tea.
8:00   Restorative Yoga and Closing Meditation

9:00   Home Sweet Home
