✨ A new addition to our Exhale women’s retreat experience… ✨ The last retreat I hosted in Ontario, I was 7 months pregnant — and so was my dear friend who was there with me. Honestly, this is a mother’s dream. You don’t need someone to remind you how much you’ve been holding and all you are tending to. Introducing… At a recent women’s retreat in Sedona, I laughed so much and was reminded of my inner joy and how healing it is for women to gather in spaces that bring us back to ourselves. 🍂Join the retreat waitlist : I’m creating something special for the autumn equinox in Ontario 🍂 I was looking back at my photos from the recent Sedona women’s retreat and realized I haven’t shared much here. There is something so sacred about nourishing mothers and families in the early years.
