Add all ingredients in blender or food processor
2 cups sunflower seeds, soaked for 1 hour
2 garlic cloves
2 red peppers
1 Tbsp lemon juice / or Apple Cider Vinegar
handful parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp Tahini
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup water
